I'm still here...

Hello everyone, I just wanted to send out a quick note to let you all know that, yes, I am still bobbing around out here in open water. I haven't been able to write another entry regarding my Dubai adventures for a bit here due to the turbulence of the seas... it's just not playing nice with my tummy. But I am proud to report that I am still Gravol-Free as of Dubai! I am looking forward to writing you all again soon... just not now as I am currently "on watch" and therefore should be monitoring machinery rather than sneaking onto the computer to write Blog entries... (hee, hee)

Those who persist find out who they are. You show great strength and willpower to stay off Gravol and put up with crippling effects of seasickness… I should know, we’re cut from the same cloth… Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; un-rewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

Welcome back Kiddo!

Suggestion: get yourself a white t-shirt(maybe green would be poetic) and with a marker write "Gravol-Free"... 9 days.
Then X off the 9 or whatever and keep a count going!

When you get home we could frame it, just like a hockey jersey! Maybe even sell it on e-bay. We'll start the bidding at €100!

Miss you much, love you more....

Raise your sail one foot and you get ten feet of wind ...
Chinese proverb

I have a question about Dubai. Were you able to walk-about without being covered up?

He Corrina,

As most people think, it is good to hear again from you.
Two things, first of all I (we all I guess) enjoyed your pictures. You look great.
Second: too 'bad' to read that your tour around the world take 12 extra days. Anyways, I hope you will enjoy these extra days too.
